SOFA CHAIR BASE WORKSHOP
Today, we will take you on a tour of our furniture accessories sofa chair chassis workshop. From the pictures, we can see how the sofa chair chassis transforms from raw materials to semi-finished products, then to finished products, and finally gets packed and shipped out.
As can be seen from the picture, this is a pile of sofa base raw materials. They are iron-made circular or square tubes, with a thickness of 1.0mm.
Of course, we offer customization. You can choose a thicker iron pipe to make the base for your boss chair, lounge chair or sofa.
After the raw materials for the sofa base are purchased, the workshop will first cut them into equal-length iron pipe sections.
Step 2: We use the bending machine to bend iron pipes of the same length into a circle, just as shown in the picture.Then, by welding and polishing the seams, a prototype of the furniture accessories - the sofa base - was formed.
Step 3: Attach the cross-shaped brackets to the iron rings of the sofa base furniture components, and then you can pack and ship the items.
